Whew! I havent broken any of these yet.
As I think back on all the rules I made as a mother I wonder how many, although seemingly logical at the time, would now look outrageous. It occurs to me that reason is a matter of perspective and situation.
I was almost cited the other day carrying a fiddle down the street in a brown sack. Luckily they let me off. When the cop stopped me I was afraid they had found out about the dead whale in my basement.
My favorite is the Utah liquor law forbidding the adj. "refreshing." You can drink in Utah (barely) but you're not going to enjoy it!
